About Little Bee Productions

Alyssa Harding
Principal, DeveloperAlyssa has been in the Web industry over 10 years and has an unusual background combining design sensibility, strong technical capabilities, and great organization and project management. It's too common to find Web developers that are strong in one of those areas but who only have a basic grasp of the other two.
Those with a graphic design background work well with designers and can create sites that look great. Often however, they struggle with the interactive and accessibility aspects of Web development.Especially in Seattle, developers with a strong technical background abound but most of them prefer not to talk to the client or gather requirements themselves.
Strong technical project managers are difficult to find but when you find one, they generally don't have an art background as well as prior programming experience.
Alyssa has more than 10 years experience working with the basic building blocks of Web sites and believes in clean, easy to maintain code that looks great in all major browsers. She has experience as a system administrator: architecting, maintaining, and securing the systems that power Web sites including database architecture and management. She works in Perl and PHP – two powerful open-source technologies which are cost-effective, extremely flexible, and lend themselves very well to Internet applications.
Alyssa holds a degree in Marketing Management from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. She has led several major technical projects and helped rewrite project management methodologies at the Port of Seattle.

Erik Fadiman
Graphic DesignErik Fadiman has a degree in fine arts from UCSC and spent several years living a "starving artist" lifestyle until the novelty of aesthetic poverty wore off. He then spent 10 years working as a chef in some of San Francisco's finest kitchens, but came to his senses before opening his own restaurant. He found a new direction during the internet boom of the late 90's and he's been enamored with technology ever since.
He now has over 8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. He is accomplished at designing for bothprint and web and understands the differences and constraints of both mediums. He specializes in branding, identity, and strategic communication for small and medium-sized businesses. His goal is to listen to your unique needs and challenges and create compelling visual solutions which can make your brand stand out in a crowded marketplace. He can help distill and clarify your message into something which resonates with your customers. His skill set includes: Logos, Identity, Branding, Marketing, Packaging, Web Design, Rich Media, and Web Video. He is currently a member of the faculty at Seattle Central Creative Academy where he teaches classes in Web Design and Typography.
Although he spends way too much time in front of a computer reading about the latest emerging technology, he likes to ride his bike to work and help his wife in their organic garden.
